See What Our Portland Clients Say

Chad S.
Marcus is the most professional inspector that I've met. I haven't had any bad experiences with inspectors, but Marcus surpassed all my expectations and I will be referring him to anyone I know who is looking for an inspector.
Lauren Scofield
As a real estate agent, I've interacted with a handful of different home inspectors and Marcus is the only one who happily offers a virtual/remote option for buyers who live out of town or can't make it to the inspection. The software he uses for his reports is simple and straightforward which makes my job that much easier! My husband and I have even used Marcus for a personal purchase and he is a joy to work with. I highly recommend Marcus to my clients and colleagues.

I am writing this to THANK YOU for stepping in at the very last minute and taking on the inspection of our soon to be new home in Eugene, Oregon. The inspector scheduled to take on our job had to cancel, and you graciously took on this task the night before we had to leave to head back to San Diego! You were so calm and reassuring on the phone that night, letting us know you had our backs. You graciously allowed my husband to follow you through the inspection the next day, and stayed for over four hours to make sure you had checked out everything on your list, and everything we were concerned about. Your report was thorough, had pictures attached that clearly showed the areas you inspected, and was easy to follow. To top it all off, you also re-inspected the property once the homeowner had completed the repairs you had recommended. We were back in San Diego by then, and it was so reassuring to know that you stepped in for us, and made sure things were done correctly.I cannot express enough how grateful we are that you stepped in and stepped up for us!Thanks is not enough.
